I would like to share with you a perspective on our recent research on the function of the Immunological synapse as focal point to control organelles motion and T cell activation, and as a device to efficient transfer of information shuttled by exosomes. In my talk, I will briefly introduce the IS the role of MTOC/centrosome translocation orchestrating MT, organelle and nanovesicle trafficking at the IS. I will discuss: i) Extracellular Vesicle (EV)-driven transfer of genetic information, particularly miRNA and mitDNA, through Immune Synapse, ii) Its functional roles during T-B cell collaboration and T-Dendritic cell (DC) communication for DC fate; and iii) The functional role of post-synaptic DCs.
